4cl of white rum
2cl of aperitif with prunes
8 to 10 fresh mint leaves
2 pitted prunes
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2cl of pressed lime juice
6cl of sparkling water
Crushed ice

Place the mint leaves and pitted prunes in the High-ball glass.
Crush them with a pestle, then add the brown sugar and the lime juice.
Pour the rum and prune liquor directly into the glass.
Add crushed ice and sparkling water
