{"id":118,"date":"2017-10-25T15:24:53","date_gmt":"2017-10-25T15:24:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/prunidor.lewebfrancais.fr\/?p=118"},"modified":"2018-06-14T07:30:50","modified_gmt":"2018-06-14T07:30:50","slug":"civet-de-porc-aux-pruneaux-servi-pastilla","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/prunidor.fr\/en\/civet-de-porc-aux-pruneaux-servi-pastilla\/","title":{"rendered":"Civet de porc aux pruneaux servi en pastilla"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Recette pour 4 personnes<\/p>\n<h1>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>800g<\/strong> d&#8217;\u00e9paule de porc<\/li>\n<li><strong>1L<\/strong> de vin rouge<\/li>\n<li><strong>250g<\/strong> de poitrine fum\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li><strong>400g <\/strong>de champignons de paris<\/li>\n<li><strong>500g<\/strong> de pruneau<\/li>\n<li><strong>1<\/strong> p\u00e2te \u00e0 filo ou feuille de brique<\/li>\n<li>Sel &amp; poivre<\/li>\n<li><strong>1<\/strong> bouquet garni<\/li>\n<li><strong>1<\/strong> talon de jambon sec<\/li>\n<li><strong>50g<\/strong> de farine<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h1>\n<ol>\n<li>D\u00e9couper et faire revenir l&#8217;\u00e9paule de porc.
