{"id":113,"date":"2017-10-25T15:23:03","date_gmt":"2017-10-25T15:23:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/prunidor.lewebfrancais.fr\/?p=113"},"modified":"2018-06-14T07:28:21","modified_gmt":"2018-06-14T07:28:21","slug":"delice-dagen-aux-pruneaux","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/prunidor.fr\/en\/delice-dagen-aux-pruneaux\/","title":{"rendered":"D\u00e9lice d&#8217;Agen aux pruneaux"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Recette pour 8 personnes<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9paration : 1h<\/p>\n<p>Cuisson : 30mn<\/p>\n<h1>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h1>\n<p>Pour la g\u00e9noise :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>8<\/strong> oeufs<\/li>\n<li><strong>50g<\/strong> de beurre (30g dans la p\u00e2te, le reste pour le moule)<\/li>\n<li><strong>250g<\/strong> de sucre<\/li>\n<li><strong>250g<\/strong> de farine<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pur\u00e9e de pruneaux :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>500g<\/strong> de pruneaux<\/li>\n<li><strong>50g<\/strong> de sucre<\/li>\n<li><strong>5cl<\/strong> d&#8217;eau<\/li>\n<li><strong>2,5cl<\/strong> de rhum<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>1\/4L<\/strong> de lait<\/li>\n<li><strong>2<\/strong> jaunes d&#8217;oeufs<\/li>\n<li><strong>10g<\/strong> de beurre<\/li>\n<li><strong>60g<\/strong> de sucre<\/li>\n<li><strong>3g<\/strong> de farine<\/li>\n<li><strong>1\/2<\/strong> gousse de vanille<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cr\u00e8me chantilly :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>250g<\/strong> de cr\u00e8me liquide<\/li>\n<li><strong>35g<\/strong> de sucre glace<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>D\u00e9cor :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>8<\/strong> pruneaux pour le d\u00e9cor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h1>\n<p>Pr\u00e9parer la g\u00e9noise :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>M\u00e9langer le sucre et les oeufs entiers au fouet dans une jatte au bain-marie.<\/li>\n<li>Laisser refroidir et incorporer la farine.<\/li>\n<li>Beurrer un moule \u00e0 g\u00e9noise et mettre \u00e0 cuire au four \u00e0 180\u00b0C pendant 30mn.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9mouler \u00e0 la fin de la cuisson, laisser refroidir et d\u00e9couper en 3 parties.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>R\u00e9aliser la pur\u00e9e de pruneaux :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Faire un sirop avec le sucre, l&#8217;eau et le rhum.<\/li>\n<li>Mixer les pruneaux et les ajouter au sirop.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Faire la cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Faire bouillir le lait avec la vanille dans une casserole.<\/li>\n<li>Dans une jatte, fouetter le sucre avec 2 jaunes d&#8217;oeufs et la farine.<\/li>\n<li>Verser le lait bouillant sur le m\u00e9lange<\/li>\n<li>Remettre sur feu doux en fouettant sans cesse.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9server au frais.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Monter la cr\u00e8me chantilly :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Battre la cr\u00e8me bien froide.<\/li>\n<li>Incorporer le sucre glace peu \u00e0 peu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Reconstituer la g\u00e9noise :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00c9taler d&#8217;abord la pur\u00e9e de pruneaux sur le socle.<\/li>\n<li>Recouvrir.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter la cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re.<\/li>\n<li>Couvrir la g\u00e9noise de cr\u00e8me chantilly.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9corer avec les pruneaux.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Recette pour 8 personnes Pr\u00e9paration : 1h Cuisson : 30mn Ingr\u00e9dients Pour la g\u00e9noise : 8 oeufs 50g de beurre (30g dans la p\u00e2te, le reste pour le moule) 250g&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_exactmetrics_skip_tracking":false,"_exactmetrics_sitenote_active":false,"_exactmetrics_sitenote_note":"","_exactmetrics_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[3],"tags":[],"class_list":{"0":"post-113","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","6":"category-recipes"},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.2 -
